Epic BPO Game is a management mobile game that simulates a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Call Center company mimicking the operation of the client. The gameplay is that the user will be the employer and will hire certain number of call center employees depending on the number of clients it has. As the level increase, the number of employees will need to be increased and will be strategically assigned either dayshift or nightshift. Each employees has different job personalities and this will be the challenge to the employer for them to be managed.​
